Code clean up

Moved a lot of code to match ruby 2.0 style guide
Created a Gemfile
Confirmed it starts on kali with no issues

should fix #56

Needs testing before merge, but nothing should have really changed

My hope is to get this project rolling again

This has sooo much potential. is there anythign in the pipeline for this to be updated? im not a coder so i cant really help contribute. Although i can try but the above hasnt been merged since its pull request years ago, so is there much point?

@leonteale This project is dead, similar functionality is being developed for impacket. Relaying to other protocols such as ldap has already been implemented. Check out ntlmrelayx at https://github.com/coresecurity/impacket

it seems i already had this git cloned in my tools directory. perhaps i
tried looking at it in the past (not sure why i didnt do anything with it)
i think maybe i coyuldt work out what to actually do with it
