I've rearranged the Submitting Jobs and Jobscript Examples pages so that certain topics aren't repeated in two places. Namely the Submitting Jobs page now only mentions Batch and Interactive jobs, and a brief overview of the most important SBATCH flags, some of which was previously in Jobscript Examples.

Jobscript Examples now has the discussion about different ways of specifying multi-core jobs, some of which was in Submitting Jobs. I've also added some brief text to the example job scripts although the MPI one would benefit from more detail from someone who's better placed to do so.

I've also reordered the nav bar so you go from Submitting Jobs straight to the Jobscript Examples, rather than partitions.

Let me know if you're happy with this @nd996

Came into issue where the navbar wasn't rebuilding correctly, the fix
was to force sphinx to rebuild every page - by default it only builds
those it detects changes in.
It doesn't take long to build the entire site so there is little
downside to adding this.
