There is no 'one size fits all' answer here however if the program you intend on using isn't giving you any clues where to start then a good starting point would be to use the default ``nodes`` partition, a single node exclusively for the maximum 48hrs and then when the job is complete, check the log and look at the time, CPU and memory utilisation and efficiency.
