Currently when indicating a wildcard for the language in a link we use [[//ta-vol1/translate/man/translate-unknowns]]. Note the double forward slash // where we would normally have a language between them /en/.

This format is not very readable, is prone to mistakes, conflicts with #43, and stands out as odd compared to existing standards.

I propose we use a wildcard character similar to glob.
For example:

[[rc://*/ta-vol1/translate/man/translate-unknowns]]

This also allows us to do other interesting things like referencing a whole bible:

[ULB Bible](rc://en/ulb/*/book)
