Make publication detail header more informative: show metadata in the header MLA citation style.

• "Other contributors" e.g. Books: Edited by... also not in overview page
• No DOI
• "missing" for each part of the metadata missing
• MLA style citation: https://www.mendeley.com/guides/mla-citation-guide/ (please refer to rules for front-office) because it looks different on the overview page as well.
• Can only be done when we actually have the info bar on the side, so we can show created/edited somewhere: presence API [presence API] Show who is present and editing a record #1336

@verheyenkoen I've started an experiment here: #1661 to add some more information to the header. However, I cannot seem to add editors/authors, nor contributors. Do you know how?
