This release includes migrations.

If testing locally, your local copy of Materia will encounter server exceptions until the migration is performed. To do so, from the root Materia directory:

$ cd docker
$ ./run.sh php oil r migrate

This release involves significant reworks of docker compose.

Because docker/docker-compose.override.yml is now untracked, those on earlier versions of dev/10.3.0 will see their local override file disappear when pulling. It's recommended you restart your local copy of Materia (docker compose down followed by ./run_first_for_dev.sh in docker/) to correct things.

Rubber stamping this since it's already running in a production environment without issue, and granted anybody going through the migration will have to do so cautiously.
