Before we merge this, let's just keep an eye on https://gitlab.com/fedora/ostree/sig/-/issues/50 so we don't add this package unnecessarily. I know it will just skip it if it's already there, but if upstream is going to handle it, that makes one less package :)

I'm adding it back explicitly to all versions for now. I'll trigger new builds.
