Tripal JBrowse 3.0
This release is compatible with Tripal 3
The new Tripal JBrowse provides
- JBrowse Management through the Drupal UI (credit Staton Lab).
- Cleaner, light-weight page integration without the use of Drupal nodes.
- More options for configuration of page integration including the ability to exclude instances or show links directly to the original instance.
This version marks a huge improvement to Tripal JBrowse integration and provides a solid base for development of Tripal Fields for even closer integration.
NOTE: The original Tripal JBrowse page integration using Drupal nodes has been deprecated. There are full instructions for migration available here in our online documentation.
First release
Provides a JBrowse instance node type which references an existing JBrowse hosted either locally or externally. Specifically, you create a JBrowse instance node which describes an existing JBrowse and the module creates a Drupal page with that JBrowse in an iFrame. Using the node you can control where the JBrowse starts and which tracks are visible.
