CUPS USB DRIVER FOR TM88II EPSON THERMAL PRINTER

- compile filter
- copy filter in cups filter folder (/usr/lib/cups/filter/ on debian)
- add "FileDevice Yes" in cupsd.conf
- restart cups
- add printer via cups
- choose LPR host, in uri file:/dev/usb/lpX (dmesg to get X)
