Patch Fix: Remove Graphql pkg import

Merged PR #12 to resolve a minor bug where GraphQLList was imported directly from graphql vs. using graphql build object from postgrahphile. This may affect only a handful of prior installs that have multiple packages/subpackages using the graphql package directly/explicitly.
