Hey @hanopcan - you're free to merge this in without requesting a PR from me. We're not changing any server side logic, and it'll get it into prod faster to fix the design squiffiness 👍 |

Following our upgrade to a newer version of Django, some of our form layouts have changes and look a bit wonky.
This PR seeks to address those issues and get our forms looking nice again.
