Added toggle for hardware acceleration, hardware acceleration sometimes slows older devices.
Updated application to be compliant with new 64 bit requirements.
Updated the Paho MQTT library version for better stability, no using v1.2.2.
Fix for clear type sites, sites loading without https prefix.
Attempting to hardware accelerate webview (optional) on devices reporting slow web page scrolling.

Note that this version supports a minimum Android API of 19, previously it was API 16 but due to changes in the MQTT library, the minimum supported API version for Android is now 19. If you need support on older devices running below Android 19, please use any APK version prior to this release.

Install the APK by side-loading onto your device using the Android ADB command line tool or download the APK file directly to your device and open it. You can also download the latest version from the Google Play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.thanksmister.iot.wallpanel.
