feature(sessionprojector): add experimental support for resizing, display configuration change

DESCRIPTION

• implements output suppression
• implements session resizing.
• add TYPE_PROJECTION_* message definition
• add display re-configuration handler that resolves concurrent sessions not responding until connect same host using chrome remote desktop #5, concurrent session will work without chrome remote desktop.

NOTE

• resizing session maybe impact performance.
• changing resolution causes incorrect mouse movement (?: i don't know how to say 位置ズレ in english), because ScreenCaptureKit doesn't notify about resolution change.
