I view Tailwind CSS as a customizable version of Bootstrap. It will let us skip writting most of the CSS, which will contradict to what we said in the instructions:
One of the candidate actually use this, and I cannot reject them for breaking the rule because we have never specified this framework in the forbidden list explicitly.
And when they use these kind of framework, it will be very difficult to evaluate how well they understand HTML/CSS at fundamental level.
So, I am going to fix that.
