Investigate static error checking done in COPASI

Apparently, COPASI does evaluations of kinetics expressions to see if rates are positive, and likely other checks as well. We learned this from Pedro Mendes at COMBINE 2020. He recommended actually running it, just load some model from biomodels and run the tester in copasi (under tools).
