This is an attempt at using Nix to define development environments.

- Remove local `pytest-lsp` package definition in favour of upstream flake - Replace local `esbonio` package definition with equivalent overlay - Update `flake.lock`

It should now be possible to use `nix run` to try the language server from a pre-configured neovim instance!

The adjusts the architecture of the sphinx agent slightly. By having the handlers attached to a parent class, it should be easier to share state between them. This also remove the need for an explicit `@handler` decorator as the class is able to inspect itself as part of its `__init__` method

The SphinxManager will now trigger a build whenever the server receives `textDocument/didChange` notifications if - there is not already a build in progress - a suitable delay has occuried (2secs) Any unsaved content will be sent to the sphinx agent when triggering the build to ensure that the latest state is considered. This should enable an (almost) live preview experience if the user has the preview pane open at the time. This however, should also ensure that diagnostics, references, definitions etc are also up to date. Additionally, initializing the sphinx agent has been broken back up into two stages which should allow better integration with `pytest-lsp` when writing test cases

This should ensure that even on OSes like Fedora Silverblue we are able to correctly compute the relative path from the user's project to the `webview.js` script provided by Esbonio

On OSes like Fedora Silverblue, `/home` is symlinked to `/var/home`. This causes issues, since, depending on the origin of any path given to us `/home` may or may not be the true location of the file - which introduces consistency By always dealing with resolved filepaths/uris we should ensure that the language server/sphinx agent are always consistent with how they refer to files. This also improves the accuracy of the `get_client` method on the `SphinxManager` by using the client's `build_file_map` (when possible) to determine if a file is part of project
