What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Updates the package.json packages to latest NextJS, removes @nextjs/font package no longer required as separate dependency, updates other dependencies to latest versions. All tested and runs as expected still. Fixed typo in NODE_INSPECT call.

No new behavior, just updating packages to future-proof compatibility with new NextJS versions or customisations made on top of using this as a template for other work
