<변경 사항>

자바스크립트로 수정/삭제 기능을 구현하기 어렵다고 판단하여 Django 프레임워크를 활용하기로 했습니다.
개발환경을 구름ide에서 Visual Studio Code로 바꿨습니다. (구름ide가 실행하기 불편한 부분이 많아서..)
교육 내용 중에서 자바스크립트를 빼고 Django를 추가했습니다.

교육 산출물은 "WebTeam1/WEB1_TEAM.zip" 파일입니다.
