Attached the historic Notion matches above. This rule should be good to go since it never fired in test rules, but does match known samples, historically. |

This is a recreation of PR646 - #646
We had this rule in testing for a long, months in fact. It never fired however this PR did have actual samples attached.
Since it sat for so long CI checks were failing, prompting me to recreate it.
