fix: silent eslint issues

This pull request includes several changes aimed at improving code quality by removing unused variables and adding error logging. The most important changes are grouped by theme:

Removal of Unused Variables:

• Removed the unused providerList variable from app/components/chat/BaseChat.tsx.

Error Handling Improvements:

• Added error logging in the getOllamaModels function in app/utils/constants.ts to provide better debugging information.
• Added error logging in the getOpenAILikeModels function in app/utils/constants.ts to provide better debugging information.
• Added error logging in the getLMStudioModels function in app/utils/constants.ts to provide better debugging information.

Code Consistency:

• Removed an unnecessary return statement in the ActionRunner class in app/lib/runtime/action-runner.ts to improve code consistency.
