Updates:

  1. TARC ruleset
  2. Remove Overworld Glitches Weekly
  3. Point pickup races to TARC discord
  4. Combine Spoiler Tournament section with new SGL section
  5. Update discord links for alternative languages

This looks good. All the links work and the copy reads well in my opinion.
