I've been developing the Mvc5 Framework for many years to help build custom PHP web applications. It has a plugin dependency injection system that eliminates the bootstrap process and provides a fresh compositional approach to the way a PHP application is created and works. The Mvc5 Framework provides the necessary features to create a PHP web application, but additional components maybe required, e.g. database.
