Let's have this PR point to develop branch and we need to update ghcr.io/splunk/workflow-engine-base:3.0.0 to ghcr.io/splunk/workflow-engine-base:4.0.0 as well in this PR.
Let's monitor how 3.0.0 version works for a week and make a new release early next week.
