Currently installing this plugin on a homebridge that is node 18 will result in startup errors and the plugin won't function.
This is because restify is out of date. This PR updates restify and seems to resolve those issues. If you want to test it, you can install the plugin from https://www.npmjs.com/package/homebridge-ecowitt-node-18
