* New data, layouts, and code for Soybean Genetics Newsletter reimplementation, at community/sgn

* Remove trailing spaces from some yml files

* Update sgn issues with addresses of previously missing papers

* Fix two broken links to sgn papers

* Change links in sgn issues from .doc to .pdf, corresponding with that change in the Data Store annex

+    manuscripts concerning gene symbols and linkages should be sent to the Chairperson of the
