Problem

The old Solana Labs docs site has been shutdown. The Agave validator client docs are now on the Anza docs domains

Summary of Changes

  • updated references to the SolanaLabs docs site in favor of Anza's
  • minor updates to bits of copy
  • added a missing redirect that was found: /cluster/economics
