Upgrade from 2.0 to 2.3

To upgrade from v2.0 you need to first upgrade from version 2.0 to 2.1, then from version 2.1 to 2.2 and finally from version 2.2 to 2.3.

Upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 (make sure you run Codebrag after this step, cause this triggers some auto-migrations)

Upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2

Upgrade from 2.2 to 2.3
