Goal for CUT Group is to have testers from all 50 wards in Chicago. Concern is that we have too many testers from northern wards and not enough testers from the south and west sides. Current Google Analytics on several civic apps show that the majority of incoming traffic is from north side and Hyde Park (University of Chicago). For group to be effective, need representation everywhere.
