Added a mixer for GSS and fixed all the warnings.

Added a mixer for GSS sounds.
Change it so when GSS is use, gun sounds are turn off for players ship.
Added a define for FILE_NULL, in the code it was using ~0.
Changed all function in GLBAPI to use Uint32_t as the handle.
Added a function in GLBAPI to get the file path for file, this help with porting to other platforms
Added an array with paths to check, this is also makes port easier.
Change how the string formatting in loadsave.cpp was done, this fixed the warning with formating.
Added error handling to file operations.
