I followed the instructions at https://docusaurus.io/docs/2.x/versioning to create a new version of the docs for single-spa@6. I copied all the same files over from v5. This is a draft PR until we release single-spa@6 as latest. Also, I may need to update a few things in the docs to reflect the breaking changes in single-spa@6
