* Increased the version number in the README * Added Homebrew as an option for installing the script, rather than building manually * Made it clear that you can either use the tool as a merge driver or a merge tool and only one setup path is necessary

My goal was to make the installation instructions a little clearer so people are able to get setup with mergepbx as easily as possible.
