Update deps

[rukai]

• shell_quote bash functionality was moved into a feature and quote was renamed to quote_vec
• All other dependency upgrades are trivial.
• string and halfbrown dependencies are removed since they are unused.
• opensearch has default-features = false set to reduce unneeded deps.
• SkipVerifyHostName is changed to private, not related to deps but its small so I threw it in here.
