twemoji_v2からflutter_twemojiへの移行

[Npepperlinux]

• twemoji_v2をflutter_twemojiに置き換えました
• Windowsにおいて、インストール時、不要になったtwemoji_v2のディレクトリを削除するようにしました
  • 上記でinnosetup.issが編集されるのに併せて、Miriaのインストール時に「インストールするユーザー」の推奨が「現在のユーザー」になるよう設定しました
• その他.gitignoreに一部項目を追加しました
