• Updated pdf.js lib for better rendering support
• Support for Filmstrip view
  • Enabled when enabling a viewer via module configuration
    (also bug fix of pagination, fixed layout so that toolbar always visible)
• Support for new lightTheme, new icons, styled search dialog
• Configurable toolbar support - allows elements to be removed or re-ordered via extensibility modules
• New presentation mode for PowerPoint and ODP presentations
• Ability to set a maximum file size for content items, above which theviewer will not be used

Other changes:

• Transformer bug fixes, support Solaris, and FFmpeg transformations now working with 4.2.d/e/Enterprise
• Improved options passed to FFmpeg transformers and easier to override these
• Bug fixes for audio/video viewers in public Share page

Media Viewers 2.0.0

Enhanced document previews for a range of different document and media types.

This is the first version of this add-on, which was formerly known as Media Preview, to be released for Alfresco 4.x.

The new version incorporates a significant number of changes and improvements to the existing audio and video viewers, plus brand new viewers for viewing documents and text-based formats directly in the browser without the use of Flash.
