Added LRESET for 1.6 consoles
Added 3.3V for 1.6 to check if console is off.

I also have a branch for only the LRESET and not the 3.3V as the latter is only power saving and not really required?
Let me know if you prefer a PR for only LRESET and not 3.3V.
