This branch adds content deletion capabilities. It deletes entities such us groups and documents. All comments (and replies) associated with a document also get deleted. The frontend can bring the content back by listing the deleted items and removing them from the deleted list. After that, it should call discoverentity (or let the periodic syncing do its work)
