Closes #75

Explanation of Changes

The script add_wasm_state_to_genesis.sh now downloads contracts from seda-chain-contracts repo.
config.sh now requires two more parameters:

GITHUB_TOKEN=ghp... # for access to contracts repo, which is private
CONTRACTS_VERSION=v0.0.1-rc # latest or seda-chain-contracts release version
