chore: Update deployment scripts to support mainnet & different architectures #174

Updating the deployment script to:

Automatically update genesis configuration to the mainnet parameters we have decided on.
Automatically download chain binary at the specified tag. Local binary used for genesis configuration has to be built manually.
Automatically detect remote machine's architecture and modify the setup process accordingly.
