Support added for new Power/Lights panel.
Added vJoy interface so client panels can now send virtual joystick button presses as well as SimConnect events.
Some events in the SDK are not working yet so this is a workaround that allows them to be mapped to a virtual joystick button instead.
Requires the vJoy virtual joystick driver to be installed (optional).
