vlcj Upgrade to v4, Updater upgrade

Talk and Play version 2.0.0

Description of the new version:

1. We upgraded the project to use vlcj version 4.
2. We refactored the updater to store the update files in the application directory
3. If the updater fails (for example if it does not have access to write to the application directory), an information window is shown and the app does not crash.
4. Various bug fixes and code cleanup
