This is a minor bugfix release, and should behave very similarly to the previous 2.10.0 release. It adds support for building with OpenCV 4, and fixes some minor bugs in the create_gmm.py script and with using command line tools on systems with multiple Python installations.

Pre-built binary packages for Linux, Windows and Mac are available at the IMP website. IMP can also be installed using Homebrew or Anaconda Python; install instructions are at the same location.
