- transport supports both gateway and non-gateway handshakes
- transport implements new calls with network name indicator (nni)
- transport grants or rejects permission to masquerading gateway
- transport updates connection meta information to masqueraded peer
- secret connection supports additional masquerade handshake step
- protocol message signature has Nni field
- protocol message has new masquerade message
- extra: secret connection has optimized (-1 copy) frame read and write [*] remove hardcoded gateway pubKey for configuration.TrustedGateway
- remove hardcoded gateway pubKey and create configuration.TrustedGateway
