Feature/GBI-2374 - basic.test.js migration

What

1. Migrate all the test from basic.test.js to hardhat+typescript and split them into multiple files
2. Introduce the usage of hardhat fixtures

Why

1. To use the new tool suite in order to have type safe tests that are easier to maintain
2. To execute each tests in an isolated environment and prevent side effects generated between different tests
