Closes #31. This can also be done with a configFile variable and a full file path, but it seemed like using gassetic-.yml would keep all the environment files nicely organized. I did notice that I am changing constructor parameters, but I was not able to find a place where the log variable was being passed and assumed it was just for debugging.
