…s exactly the same and is less code clutter. Also enable polytopeIntersector by default. For objects it works just as good and it also works for 2d drawings such as lines and points.

This is a squash commit that contains the following:
(1) Added Vizkit3dWidget::removeFrame()
(2) Bugfix: In Vizkit3dWidget::loadPlugin() use absoluteFilePath() instead of absolutePath().
(3) Bugfix: In Vizkit3dWidget::loadPlugin() plugin_name and lib_name where mixed up in a special case.
