Add Recent Blogs to Home Page

- Updated blog plugin configuration.
- Disabled the default blog plugin.
- Implemented rendering of recent blogs on the home page (`index.jsx`).
- Recent blog data sourced from `recent-posts.json` in the `.docusaurus` directory.
