Update tests to account for Ubuntu's Noble Numbat 24.04 release

We should update our tests, now that Ubuntu has released Noble Numbat, the 24.04 release. This is also a good time to check if we're still referencing really old Ubuntu versions in tests, maybe?

Check if you need to add noble, Noble Numbat or 24.04 to these tests:

• lib/modules/versioning/distro.spec.ts
• lib/modules/versioning/deb/index.spec.ts
• lib/modules/versioning/ubuntu/index.spec.ts
• Search for these strings to find other tests that should be updated:
  • ubuntu:14.04
  • ubuntu:16.04
  • ubuntu:18.04
  • ubuntu:19.04
  • ubuntu:19.10
  • ubuntu-20.04
  • jammy
  • 22.04
