[Design Deliverable] Update error audit to include cat 4 plain language fixes

Background

The goal of this ticket is to update the Error Audit to include plain language fixes for Category 4 (Cat 4) errors. In addition to addressing Cat 4 errors, the audit will also identify any other language-related errors or inconsistencies that were not previously flagged, especially those that have a significant impact on the user experience.

This task ensures that the language used in error messages and validation prompts meets clarity and accessibility standards. By reviewing and updating the audit, we aim to improve overall communication within the platform, ensuring users can better understand and resolve errors.

Tasks

• Work with Alex to identify Cat 4 errors hat need to be addressed.
• For each identified Cat 4 error, write clear, concise, and user-friendly error messages.
• Review and track any existing validators related to the identified errors to ensure proper handling and validation of the new plain language outputs.
• For any identified language fixes, create corresponding development tickets to implement the necessary changes in the codebase.
• Coordinate with Raft team to review the updated Error Audit and ensure that all updates meet the Definition of Done (DoD) standards and QA expectations.

Acceptance Criteria

• The Error Audit document is updated with the identified plain language fixes for Cat 4 errors.
• All identified language issues have associated development tickets created to address them.
• Raft review has been completed to ensure that the updates meet DoD standards and QA expectations, including accessibility and clarity requirements.
