Generalize symmetry computation

• add a keyword for half of the image for using images other than 128x128 pixels

mamba-org/provision-with-micromamba@v14 is deprecated, one has to use mamba-org/setup-micromamba instead now. Also, pyproject.toml changed, this is what I am struggling with right now.
