Credential management support.

The following endpoints have been implemented:

• getCredsMetadata
• enumerateRPsBegin
• enumerateRPsGetNextRP
• enumerateCredentialsBegin
• enumerateCredentialsGetNextCredential
• deleteCredential

This allows the management of credentials via external tools like fido2-manage.

Further endpoints will be added in future releases.
